More about the breakfast seminar:
The Social Media Babe, also known as Lee Ussher, will kick off the 2012 series of breakfast seminars for Pittwater Business Limited as the keynote speaker at the February 29 event. Lee is a Social Media Strategist working mainly with national Australian company, The Business Website Marketing Specialists.
Many small business owners argue that they are so busy they don’t have time for social media. Lee, in ‘no geek’ speak will deliver her knowledge and give you tips about how to set up and manage your own business profiles on social media with a minimum of fuss. She will educate you about the core things you should think about including the importance of using your domain name on your social media page.
Her presentation entitled, Social Media Benefits to Small Business, reveals the social media strategies small businesses can use that large companies can’t, including:
- keeping content
- personal without customers knowing all your personal business; and
- using your offline
- networking to your online advantage.
You will also discover how to add social media to your current marketing strategies without costing more in time and expenses. You’ll learn about methods to increase customers and sales and to improve the traffic to your website/store.
Lee provides online marketing resources and service support to Australian and other marketing agencies in the United States, India and the United Kingdom.
